At Elite Finds, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products

  • Beauty and skincare items

  • Undergarments

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Elite Finds.
